Making Paper Flowers: Gelli Arts and Deco Art Collab

Hi Friends!

Welcome to a blog hope celebrating a collaboration between Gelli Arts and Deco Arts!

Recently I’ve been very flower obsessed, so I have been growing them, looking at photos of them,
painting them and even trying out my hand at making paper versions.

I love the feel of Gelli Arts Parchment Paper and thought it would be a good weight to make 3D flowers.

I used the Gelli Arts + Jane Davenport Plate Kit to create prints with lots of white space.

Once one side was dry I also made prints and marks on the other side of the parchment paper. I love the texture that the Deco Arts Heavy Body Acrylic Paints create.

Once my paper was ready, I assembled my flower which you can watch in my video tutorial:

Thank you so much for watching!
