Here's the card that I made for the digital challenge over at Lily Pad Cards using the free digital kit. I don't own a digital cutter, so I cut out the images by hand. The rosette was made with two "fences" and inked with Distress Inks. The pot was also coloured and stamped on with Distress Inks.
The one thing that this card needs to add a finishing touch is stitching around the edges. Those who have known me for some time, know that sewing was a huge part of my life until I moved to UK, and I think 3 years without a sewing machine is enough deprivation. I will probably go for a Janome, because I learnt how to sew on one and have used it extensively.
And yay my prize stamps arrived, which made me dance around the house for a few minutes! I will post a photo of all the goodies soon.
Thanks for looking!
